Fundamentals

Our fundamentals course is designed to take anyone and everyone through the basic movements of CrossFit. Each day you will learn new skills and movements used in our daily CrossFit classes. These skills are the foundation of CrossFit and will be your base as you become stronger and better at CrossFit.

Participants will meet for three 1 on 1 sessions with one of our highly skilled coaches to help guide you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Each session will be approximately one hour and will include a workout in addition to skill instruction. Then participants will be invited to participate in 1 week of regular classes after their fundamentals course is complete.
Upon completing the fundamentals course athletes will have the skills and knowledge to comfortably transition into our regularly scheduled classes.
