Our fundamentals course is designed to take anyone and everyone through the basic movements used in Functional Fitness training. Each day you will learn new skills and movements used in our GPP classes. These skills are the foundation of our programming and will be your base as you become stronger and more fit.

Participants will meet for three 1 on 1 sessions with one of our highly skilled coaches. Each session will be approximately one hour and will include a workout in addition to skill instruction. Then participants will be invited to participate in 1 week of regular classes after their fundamentals course is complete.
Upon completing the fundamentals course athletes will have the skills and knowledge to comfortably transition into our regularly scheduled classes.
