What is Functional Fitness Training?

Functional Fitness training is designed to increase your overall fitness by using movements that mimic everday activities.  Squatting, pressing, lifting.  Jumping, pulling, pulling.  Balance, stability and coordination are all icnorporated into every class.

I’m not an athlete, can I still try a class?

Absolutely! All workouts and classes can be scaled or modified to accommodate your specific fitness level and goals. If you are brand new to Functional Fitness or it’s been awhile since you were active we recommend you participate in our Fundamentals Course.

How much does the Fundamentals Course cost?

Pricing includes 3 personal training sessions with our highly skilled coaches that will guide you through our fundamental movements and prepare you for our everyday classes. This also includes a nutrition consultation and 1 free weeks of classes upon completion of your fundamentals program.  Check out our Fundamentals page for more details about what is included in the course. Do you have child care?

We offer child care during the 9 am class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as the 5:30 pm class on Monday and Wednesday.  During the other class times we have an air conditioned space with children’s games, activities, and television.  Children who do not require supervision are more than welcome to hangout in this area while you work out.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes! We have showers stocked with body care products and hair dryers!

Do you allow out of town Drop Ins?

Yes! We love meeting CrossFitters from all over. The drop in fee is $20.  If you are going to be in town for an extended period of time and would like to attend more than one class, Contact Us for a punch card.
