I began my crossfit journey in college just looking to get in shape and lose some weight. Fast forward 10 years later... I had lost almost 50lbs, became stronger, healthier (physically and mentally) and made so many lifetime friends along the way. Through crossfit I have competed in various competitions, weightlifting meets and tried more things outside of the gym like hiking, running marathons and rock climbing.
