Growing up I was always involved with sports and anything competitive in nature. Playing any and all sports before finally focusing in on Baseball and working to play through college at Ouachita Baptist University.
I worked in a big "Globo Gym" for over 10 years running multiple gyms and learning the ins and outs of the fitness industry. I found out after many years of effort of doing it "they're way" that if I truly wanted to help every person that walked in the door, I had to do it on a more personal level. The bigger gyms were more for cycling people in and out the doors, and that's not what it should be about. Our focus should be and always will be helping people live a healthy life. I knew that I wanted to do and be more for the people I am working with, and CrossFit and this gym was my way to do so.
A healthy lifestyle comes in all shapes and sizes and as a coach, it is my responsibility to show and guide each and every person I work with on how to do that for themselves. No one person is the same nor should they're approach to health and fitness. As a coach I want to insure that i teach everyone how they can achieve the best version of themselves through fitness and education.
