Class Offerings

GPP – At 3rd Element we embrace CrossFit training to help you be your most fit self. You’ll use many different training tools to increase your endurance, strength, power, stamina and coordination. In addition to the Workout of the Day (“WOD”) we blend traditional strength training, accessory work and mobility to make sure that your progress is well-balanced and sustainable.

GPP Endurance – Take a break from the traditional Met-con, turn your brain off and just move. The focus in this class is on more traditional “cardio” movements and is a perfect complement to the shorter, high intensity WOD’s you see in our GPP class. Training for an endurance event? One or two of these each week mixed with the GPP class will get you stronger and faster than most traditional endurance training programs, with less risk of repetitive stress

GPP “Burn” – All the great things you expect from our GPP class but without the barbells. You’ll use many different training tools to increase your endurance, strength, power, stamina and coordination. In addition to the Workout of the Day (“WOD”) we blend traditional strength training, accessory work and mobility to make sure that your progress is well-balanced and sustainable.

Open Gym – Gym time available for you to work on your own towards your goals.

Sunday “Brunch” – Take some time out on Sunday mornings for a longer, slower paced fitness experience. This 90 minute class will include foundational movement basics, a moderately paced workout and 20-25 minutes of coach-led, focused mobility.

Barbell Club – Our Olympic Weightlifting Class dedicated to working on strength and technique of the 2 Olympic lifts, the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

Strongman – Mix it up on Saturday mornings with our Strongman class. You’ll get to lift, flip, carry and slam all sorts of different gear. Beware, the side effects from this class include having fun and getting stronger than anyone you know.
